I am a subscriber of the humidor solution care/maintenance program. My most recent scheduled order was delivered by Shop to an old address and not to my current default shipping address. Online I messaged Case Elegance about what happened. I received a response email within a day with an apology and a promise to make it right. No excuses just the promise to correct it. One day maybe two days later I received a notice that another shipment was on the way - this time to my correct address. I received an email about the pending delivery and another email the day it was delivered just to make sure everything arrived satisfactorily. Also, my humidor and watch case are both from Case Elegance and I remain very pleased with both purchases.
