This package is definitely helpful for ongoing maintenance of my humidor, and the annual frequency is about perfect. The only thing is that I'm not sure you need a new battery each year? Mine still seems to be going strong, and so it is nice to now have a back up, but in 2024, am I just going to have another battery lying around. Not a huge deal, but something to think about. What really makes this worth it though is the customer service. Each time I've reached out, I've gotten helpful responses and straight-forward guidance. I'm pretty new to cigars and so have a lot of questions. The team has been really great at getting me good information. Best of all, while they do have email response times, and set expectations for 24 hours to respond, many responses have been just a couple hours after I sent in an email.
