Beyond anything I've ever experienced!!!

I received this humidor as a Christmas gift. Every question I've had the team @ Case Elegance has answered promptly. I recently had an issue and reached out. The issue was addressed immediately. What happened next was a whole new experience. All I can say to anyone thinking about doing business with Case Elegance is: JUST DO IT!! The guys WILL take care of you! Their products are second to none. And their customer service has no rivals!!

Excellent Customer Service

The hygrometer in my humidor had missing segments and was unreadable when I received the humidor as a gift. I reached out to customer service and Jon sent me a replacement hygrometer the next day. Unfortunately the hygrometer was not delivered to my address and was MIA so Jon sent another. That one was great, except the face bezel was detached when it arrived. I put some epoxy on it and it was good as new. Jon went over the top and sent a third because he wanted it to be right. This is over-the-top service that is so hard to find these days. I am a fan and highly recommend Case Elegance as a company. ...and the Octodor humidor works great! Highly recommended.

Great Service after the sale

Received Octodor as a gift , didnt open for 6 months, just started setting up and noticed hygrometer digital display wasnt working properly. Contact customer service and had a new 1 within the week. Replacement east to install and its been working great. Excellent customer service!
