合衆国Customer Service is Exemplary!
I have contacted customer service three times, not because something was wrong with the humidor, but because I had a question. The latest one was, I needed to change the hygrometer battery and couldn't quite figure out how to do it. The instructions are clear but because the seal around the hygrometer is so good, you have to push hard to get it out and I was afraid I was doing it wrong and it would break. Jon from customer service answered my question quickly and provided written instructions as well as a website for me to go and see exactly how to do it. He then followed up to make sure I was able to replace the battery. As mentioned, this is the third time I have contacted them and each time I have received the information I needed quickly. Not to mention the military humidor is gorgeous and keeps my cigars perfectly within the recommended range. I highly recommend this humidor, or any product from Case Elegance, great company which I think is obvious based on, at the time I am writing this, there are 82 ratings, 81 five star ratings and only 1 four star.

This is one of those humidors that you look at and can be proud to own. Fantastic looking and performing humidor. The company takes care of it’s customers - period. When you look at your Klaro humidors, they all have a story to tell. I currently own six Klaro’s.
合衆国Better than I hoped for!
The military green humidor is absolutely gorgeous! Love the color and the hardware (handles and side clips). I seasoned it with 4 Boveda 84 packs for 2 weeks. It was at 80RH when I took them out and replaced them with two 65’s. In about 3 days the humidity settled down to a consistent 66-69RH. It’s holding temps quite well too in my house, between 71-76° during a lengthy hot season in the 90’s outdoors (I just have window a/c units). I have a quality hygrometer inside as well and it’s matching the built in one within 1-2° on temp and RH. The lower storage drawer moves in and out very smoothly and holds everything I could possibly need to store…cutters, lighters, matches, etc. I can’t say enough good things about it. Very thankful that all the research I did payed off. Also, customer service with Jon and Michael has been gold standard! Thanks for an outstanding humidor!

Love this humidor! Very great build quality. Super tight seal and sturdy closures. After a couple months of ownership I noticed that the glossy gunmetal corners sustained some scratches so make sure nothing is resting on or against the humidor as these pieces might be less scratch resistance. I received excellent customer service from Jon who shipped me a new replacement humidor and I will be certain to keep this in a protected space while on display.
合衆国I would like to thank Jon for his amazing customer service. I was a problem with my humidor and maintaining the proper humidity. Jon helped me go through some steps to control it but it wasn’t working. I raised my concern to him that I had nice expensive cigars in there, and without a doubt he immediately replaced my humidor with a new one!!!! Thank you for your help and service Jon.
