5mm Spanish cedar
Most makers use a fraction of a millimeter of cedar; Klaro uses 5mm Spanish cedar coaming. Thicker cedar needs more moisture to stabilize during seasoning — but once it does, you get real cedar and real consistency.

After several years of very satisfactory use of my “octodor”, I developed some bubbling in the laminate finish. Jon, at customer service, was very helpful in selecting the mil black humidor and the smoke can humidor. A deep discount was offered on the purchase of the new humidors even though I didn’t ask for it. I’m quite pleased with the new products and especially with the the way Case Elegance treats their customers. Thanks again, Jon,..,great work!

I was hesitant to get this because of the price, well let me tell you…ITS WORTH IT! Not only is this thing beautiful to look at it, it makes keeping the humidity easy, and stress free. Customer service guy Jon was great to work with, answered questions and has knowledge of cigars and humidors, he’s not some cheesy customer service guy. I highly recommend their products, especially this one! Stop reading and go buy it already, you won’t be disappointed!

I originally received a humidor as a gift from my wife. I had issues getting the humidity to stabilize. Any questions or concerns I had were received and responded back to almost immediately. After about a month of communication I was offered an exchange for a new humidor. I’ve had no issues with the new humidor, humidity is holding perfectly and the fit and finish is perfect.
