CanadaGreat humidor but better yet... great customer service!
Very-very pleased with the Military glass top humidor. After fighting for years with two other humidors, I discovered this one two years ago. Trouble free using both Klaro humidor solutions : "regular" for summer and "dry" for our Canadian winters. Works wonders. But best of all, Klaro has one of the best customer/support services I've ever come across. If you have questions about humidity levels - or anything else - requests are answered promptly and intelligently. You even get follow up e-mails enquiring if all is working to satisfaction. As a bonus their website is great : full of instructive articles and helpful videos. Honestly, you can't go wrong.

Great experience. I’ve had this for about a year now, living in the north east. It really maintains humidity well. The cedar interior is excellent. I went through the traditional process of seasoning per instructions for weeks. Once it was holding humidity well, I switched to boveda 69 packs. The humidity stays within 68-69. I’ve testing it with two more rh meters and it’s spot on. The integral digital rh meter is one or two points low. Enjoy

I have contacted customer service three times, not because something was wrong with the humidor, but because I had a question. The latest one was, I needed to change the hygrometer battery and couldn't quite figure out how to do it. The instructions are clear but because the seal around the hygrometer is so good, you have to push hard to get it out and I was afraid I was doing it wrong and it would break. Jon from customer service answered my question quickly and provided written instructions as well as a website for me to go and see exactly how to do it. He then followed up to make sure I was able to replace the battery. As mentioned, this is the third time I have contacted them and each time I have received the information I needed quickly. Not to mention the military humid

This is one of those humidors that you look at and can be proud to own. Fantastic looking and performing humidor. The company takes care of it’s customers - period. When you look at your Klaro humidors, they all have a story to tell. I currently own six Klaro’s.

The military green humidor is absolutely gorgeous! Love the color and the hardware (handles and side clips). I seasoned it with 4 Boveda 84 packs for 2 weeks. It was at 80RH when I took them out and replaced them with two 65’s. In about 3 days the humidity settled down to a consistent 66-69RH. It’s holding temps quite well too in my house, between 71-76° during a lengthy hot season in the 90’s outdoors (I just have window a/c units). I have a quality hygrometer inside as well and it’s matching the built in one within 1-2° on temp and RH. The lower storage drawer moves in and out very smoothly and holds everything I could possibly need to store…cutters, lighters, matches, etc. I can’t say enough good things about it. Very thankful that all the research I did payed off. Also, customer service with Jon and Michael has been gold standard! Thanks for an outstanding humidor!
