My beautiful humidor arrived with the glass lid completely shattered. I email support and they responded extremely fast by promptly sending me another humidor! They even followed up with a few emails to assure I received the replacement humidor and that everything is ok. The humidor is extremely well built and is working great. Black Military Humidor is a beautiful humidor well made and an absolute gem. You have to be patient some of the best things take time. Season well and follow the directions and it’s a great investment. Customer service is outstanding. After purchase a couple days later they reached out to me to see how it was and how it was doing and stayed in constant communication is any issues came up. See if your other company’s do that after they have your money. Top notch customer service and absolutely beautiful humidor.
