I've had this humidor for a couple years now with no problems at all. Recently saw the temps dropping and couldn’t get the temperature to go back up. I reached out to their customer support team and Jon helped walk me through getting the humidor back up to normal temps and followed up weeks later as well. I work in sales and customer service so for me, that’s huge. Excellent product at a good price and great customer service.
