My overall experience with this company is 6 stars out of 5. They ended up shipping me the wrong thing initially but when I reached out they answered immediately and responded back and forth at all hours the day. They fixed the problem and sent me the right thing free of charge and let me keep the wrong thing they sent. They followed up after I received my new package to make sure it was correct. I will definitely be using this company again in the future! Thank you for being such nice customer service people who get the job done.

Great product and customer service

The matte black humidor looks great and it's easy to maintain. I've had mine for 2 years and recently the hygrometer stopped working . I reached out to their customer service and they sent me a replacement. The expirence was great and the cigars are happy.

First Humidor

So far so good. I purchased a quality digital hygrometer/thermometer to compare RH and temps to the humidor display and RH variance is never more than 1.5% and temp variance is never more than 1 degree which I imagine is pretty good all things considered. RH is held nicely around 71% using the included solution and beads and seasoning was accomplished within five days. I don’t have anything to which I can compare it but so far I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
