Purchased this item as a birthday gift, I loved it so much that I wanted to keep it for myself (I didn't) The picture really doesn't do it any justice. The quality, in my opinion was excellent. On top of it being a great product, their customer service was beyond excellent.

The case is amazing! I keep the dividers in to maximize the number of watch slots, so I haven't used it to store a phone or anything. Picking out a watch each day feels like a "moment" with this case. The large glass window on top gives me a great view into my watch collection. The handle and top of the case are heavy. You can feel the build quality. I like the 2 side latches. I usually leave them open, as I don't move the case around and don't want the hassle of latching and unlatching each time. The drawer beneath has come in super-handy for storing tools, additional watchbands, and manuals for watches. I like the look of the case very much, and would definitely consider buying another as my collection continues to grow!
