Received amazing customer service from Jon due to some issues with the humidor I received. Once I contacted regarding my issues, a new humidor was sent immediately. The box is beautiful and we are currently in the process of seasoning. I don’t know much about these as it was for my husband, but so far he says he loves it.

合衆国The Perfect Humidor For Me
Looking for a small, reasonably priced, humidor being new to the enjoyment of a cigars what do I want? My reasearch brought me to I don't want glass top. I want Cedar Woodlined box. I want a product that I don't have to worry about the calibration of the Hygrometer and a Digital Hygrometers may be best. I needed a humidor with a proper humidification system, After sorting through a lot of not what I wanted, I found the Kingston Cherry Finish Humidor. I was able to get it several weeks before my first cigars were to arrive. I reached out to Case Elegance with seasoning question, Mike helped me out a lot and even answered questions I did not know I had. After seasoning the humidor my cigars finally arrived. Not rushing to have that first cigar, I place the cigars in the box. The quality of the shipping of the cigars the humidity level did not drop but a small amount. Each day I rotated the cigars. I added the provided solution needed into the system, let the cigars and humidor slowly come up to the level needed. The Humidor holds the cigars to the perfect spongy feel you want. It is the size I need, and the company is there for great support. I could not be happier. I wont be smoking these cigars fast but when I have one I know it will be top tier becuse of this humidor. That first cigar, enjoyed with som Gentlaman Jack and College Basket Ball was great. I only forgot to buy an ashtray : )
