The Hydro System is a fully integrated humidity solution that includes 2 starter bottles of humidity solution. While the other guys give you nothing or cheap sponges that don't work, our humidity system is straightforward and dials in the humidity between 65-72% RH.

Great customer service and fast shipping/correction

I am very impressed with the product itself. It holds humidity very well, the seal is tight, and the leather is a nice touch. The first shipment I was sent the incorrectly spelled name on the humidor. I contacted the seller and they were able to send me a new one with the corrections. The seasoning process they have is also great. It shouldn’t take longer than a week to complete. They made the whole process very easy for me. Overall, great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Great product. Easy to follow directions and just a great looking piece. Love the leather on the outside. I only wish they made versions in larger sizes with this material.

First time getting into cigar smoking and the fact they have everything in simple instructions, both electronically and physically, makes this experience nice and easy to understand. Very happy and impressed of the quality of the humidor and the customer service is so super friendly and responsive. I had ordered this humidor with a flawed hydrometer, I will admit I was disappointed and frustrated but they managed to make it all up they sent me a new hydrometer and lighter,cutter’s & cigar case very happy there by far the best customer service they really care about there customers. <3
