Customer service was beyond amazing and helpful. Especially for those just getting into the craft. You can count on personal 1on 1 assistance throughout the process. Would absolutely purchase again and seriously considering getting one for my father in law.

I needed to up grade but didn’t want to break the bank. This is an excellent humidor holding more than I need, but I like having the digital hygrometer. The humidity system is a little tricky to regulate depending on what climate you’re in, but definitely works very well. Excellent customer service and follow up work. Great company to do business with!
