There are no words to describe the customer service quality of case elegance. I was gifted one glass top humidor (awesome) and the hygrometer inox frame was detached (from shipping) I called Michael and immediately said no worries we will ship one new for you. Not only that but he sent me also their excellent humidor solution free of charge!!! Excellent and kudos to this company.
