A Christmas gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it. High quality from the humidor perspective and so beautiful he can't wait to showcase it on a soon-to-be-finished bar. Their customer service worked with us in an incredible fashion despite the delay not being their fault (we ordered early, and they shipped promptly...and then was lost by the shipper). What excellent customer service at Case Elegance!! Only had the humidor for a few weeks, very happy with the purchase. Seasoning of the humidor with the videos on the Case Elegance website straight forward. Follow the instructions and be patient, these things can not be rushed. I had an issue with humidity after adding my cigars, but Jon from the team at CE was amazing. The Valet is a great tool, so you can monitor the humidor with ease and confidence. Relatively new to cigars, but what a great hobby to pursue. One question for the Case Elegance team, is there a larger humidor in the pipeline? Very satisfied customer Greg Stroud (UK)
