Beautiful Journal and Great Customer Service!

I received this journal in the mail no later than four days after ordering online! The leather exterior and monogramming are beautiful, and the product itself exceeded my expectations. In addition to this, the customer service was amazing (I made a mistake while ordering and requested a refund, receiving an email back from a representative within 12 hours).
