5mm Spanish cedar
Most makers use a fraction of a millimeter of cedar; Klaro uses 5mm Spanish cedar coaming. Thicker cedar needs more moisture to stabilize during seasoning — but once it does, you get real cedar and real consistency.

In humid regions like Florida, packs can be enough. But drier states, colder winters, and seasonal swings need stronger control — especially early on. Klaro Solution delivers it, cost-effectively and with above-par results.

Why Do We Have A Humidity Pack Subscription?
For models designed around hermetic-style seals — the Felix Max, Signature, e Cylindor — we also offer a humidity pack subscription. These use glass or plexiglass enclosures with extremely tight seals and less exposed cedar to season, so packs are often the better fit for ongoing maintenance. The subscription keeps the right packs on hand automatically — no reorder reminders needed.
Glass-sealed models like the Felix Max, Signature, e Cylindor use less cedar, so humidity packs suit them better. For those, our pack subscription keeps the right packs on hand automatically.

I received this humidor as a Christmas gift. Every question I've had the team @ Case Elegance has answered promptly. I recently had an issue and reached out. The issue was addressed immediately. What happened next was a whole new experience. All I can say to anyone thinking about doing business with Case Elegance is: JUST DO IT!! The guys WILL take care of you! Their products are second to none. And their customer service has no rivals!!

The hygrometer in my humidor had missing segments and was unreadable when I received the humidor as a gift. I reached out to customer service and Jon sent me a replacement hygrometer the next day. Unfortunately the hygrometer was not delivered to my address and was MIA so Jon sent another. That one was great, except the face bezel was detached when it arrived. I put some epoxy on it and it was good as new. Jon went over the top and sent a third because he wanted it to be right. This is over-the-top service that is so hard to find these days. I am a fan and highly recommend Case Elegan
