Absolutely Beautiful, I opened it from the packaging and immediately thought of putting it back in it's box. Because it looked like a museum piece. I received my watch box and it is even better looking than the photos on-line. Its a very nice, albeit small, piece of furniture. Even my wife thought it looked great. And it holds 5 watches safely and nicely. The magnetized lid closing is the cherry on top. Very pleased.

I ordered this watch case for my dad for Christmas. It came within a week of ordering, however, when it arrived it had damage with a small dent in the wood portion of the case. I contacted customer support and they were extremely responsive. Jon assisted me and sent a new case in perfect condition at no extra cost, the problem was resolved very quickly. My dad loves his new watch case!
