I purchased one of these for my home in Australia to keep some cigars that I brought back with me from the U.S. The last mile delivery service completely botched the delivery and couldn't give me any useful information concerning the whereabouts of my package until it was already on it's way back to the US. When I reached out to CE to see if they could look into the problem and get the company to properly deliver, Jon from Customer Service did not hesitate to not only send me a new one, but also ensure that Australia Post took care of the final delivery. When the new one showed up, I was not disappointed! Beautiful little box with clean exterior lines, nice digital hygrometer, and plenty of space for my current supply. It took less than a week to get it seasoned and to get the humidity stable, and my sticks are already at perfect hydration. I'm so glad I went with this model and with Case Elegance. If you're looking for a good sized, nice looking, reasonably-priced humidor for up to 40 or so typical sticks, then you should definitely consider this one. Thanks!

Received amazing customer service from Jon due to some issues with the humidor I received. Once I contacted regarding my issues, a new humidor was sent immediately. The box is beautiful and we are currently in the process of seasoning. I don’t know much about these as it was for my husband, but so far he says he loves it.
