Attractive, high quality humidor with nice cedar lining. Looking forward to many years of use and great display item on my desk or bar. Importantly CE customer support is superb. Solution accompanying my humidor had a small crack in the plastic bottle and had allowed solution to leak out. I contacted CE Help Center early in the afternoon, received a response later that afternoon and by that evening I had a confirmation that replacement had shipped. Thanks Jon! Great product, superb customer support!
The only way to own cigars
I recently turned old, and a good friend bought me this cigar box. I was quite surprised by the gift as I haven't owned a cigar box in 15 years, and my usage has been very casual. My friend bought the box at a local shop and attempted to get it rolling before providing it to me. We quickly discovered that the digital gauge was broken, making it hard to read the output. A very quick chat with CE before becoming a member and the gauge was replaced in days with no cost or effort on my end. Great customer service! As for the box, my old box was a daily/weekly babysitting process. I was using tap water with a paper towel as a "gel pack" concept and keeping the box seal wet. This box is so easy (once it's set up), and the digital gauge is a massive game changer to know the box is self-maintaining with little work. This box and CE membership are the new standards for owning cigars.
