I’ve had this humidor for about a year now.. & .. it’s one of the Best Buy’s I’ve ever made; certainly “ the Best cigar-wise “. Their Customer Service people ( Jon, in particular ) are second to none. Cordial, knowledgeable, professional & patient are just a few of their exemplary traits . These guys are great.my first issue, the hydro meter died within a year. They offered to replace the whole unit but I assured them that all I needed was a humidor reader and they fast tracked to me. Recently I noticed that the cedar was water damaged. I contacted and they saw my pictures and offered a new replacement. Great customer service. You can trust them and the humidor looks great.

I live in Guam and ordered a Renzo. Jon was able to help me locate and update me on the status of my shipment due to it taking longer than expected. The shipment got “lost” apparently. He had another one sent out and arrived in timely fashion! Thank you Jon! The humidor is great so far. Looks great, smells great, tight seal! Thank you CE! Highly recommended!
USABattery replacement
The humidity screen had gone blank after about two years of ownership. I assumed the battery needed replacement but couldn't figure out how. I emailed customer service and within 15 minutes they replied with the battery type and instructions for changing. It worked. I was impressed with the quick response.
