Amazing Customer Service and Journal
When I first got the Brown journal, I loved the overall appearance and leather smell but I wasn't sold because of how easily it picks up scuffs. While appreciating the journal, I noticed a large number 2 imprinted in the front bottom left corner of the journal, which appeared to be from the factory writing on it. I called customer service about this issue and asked about fixing it. They immediately offered to exchange the item and let me keep the damaged one, as well as gave me tips on how to buff out the scuff from the factory! That is serious customer service.

Beautiful Gift
I ordered this beautiful notebook for my husband as a surprise. I read the reviews and was pleasantly surprised that they were all accurate…the quality of leather, workmanship and style are far beyond many more expensive notebooks. My husband can’t wait to use it and loves that it lays flat and seems sturdy enough to write in without being at a desk. I also have to add that when I read that the customer service was wonderful to deal with I thought that may have been a bit over the top, but they were truly so helpful and patient. They helped to make sure the gift turned out just right. Special thanks to Jon in customer service for all his help.
