合衆国Battery replacement
The humidity screen had gone blank after about two years of ownership. I assumed the battery needed replacement but couldn't figure out how. I emailed customer service and within 15 minutes they replied with the battery type and instructions for changing. It worked. I was impressed with the quick response.

I have had the Renzo Glass Top Humidor for just over two years and has been of great use for keeping the cigars at the right humidity, Lately I noticed humidity strains on the cedar inlay and contacte Case Elegance to check out the reason and possible solutions as it has damaged a few cigars. Jon from CE Customer Supported has promptly sent me a new tray. This is what I like to call a great after sale service. The products and company are highly recommended.

I bought this for my husband 2 years ago and the hygrometer was working but the display was not working properly. I emailed Klaro inquiring about ordering a new one to replace old and they sent it on to me free of charge! The humidor itself works and looks great but what exceptional customer service! They have emailed me twice to make sure I got it and it was working properly. How refreshing to deal with a human and not a computer! I will purchase from nowhere else!

I've really enjoyed the ease of seasoning the humidor and the elegant look of it. Easy step by step process provided for seasoning, along with the accessories required to provide the right humidity. Overall, great experience to date and would highly recommend.
