合衆国Great Humidor and Experience!
I had trouble purchasing the Renzo Humidor online due to the customization I think. The website wouldn't let me check out so I sent a message to customer service. They responded quickly. My Humidor showed up 8 days later which impressed me! Especially since it was customized. The customized name in the glass top looks awesome and

Ok so overall it’s been a great humidor, holds a really tight seal which sometimes will require one hand pushing down & another hand lifting the lid up, which I’m totally fine with because at the end of the day it’s doing its job which is having a great seal. Although I seasoned my humidor a different way which would be with 2 boveda 84% humidity packs for 2 weeks then after the 2 weeks I swapped out the 84% bovedas out with 2 boveda 72% packs and surprisingly it’s been right at 72%. Really love the craft inside & out & the extra Spanish Cedar wood inside also is a plus. Now the bad news is……..their isn’t any bad news at all lol almost had ya their, all jokes aside though the only thing I regret doing is not buying the military glass top humidor cause this one is fully occupied already. All in all this is a 10/10 humidor & would recommend it to anybody that’s in the market for one

I purchased this as a gift for my husband. When it arrived, unfortunately it was damaged. They quickly replaced it without question. And even though the replacement didn't arrive in time for Christmas (I didn't expect it to), it arrived only a short time after and we were very happy! We haven't set it up yet - we've just gotten through the holiday cleanup - but will be doing that soon...and filling it! If the product is anywhere close to as good as the customer service, we will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!

I’ve had this humidor for about a year now.. & .. it’s one of the Best Buy’s I’ve ever made; certainly “ the Best cigar-wise “. Their Customer Service people ( Jon, in particular ) are second to none. Cordial, knowledgeable, professional & patient are just a few of their exemplary traits .
